Back to normal Transmission...Something Glamourous...

After yesterday's dalliance with a stark apartment,
today I am more than definitely in the mood
for some out and out
elegantly warm glamour.

And I think the new Louis Vuitton Cruise campaign,
mixed with Cecilia Fox's beautiful flowers,
may just have the right note of sweet sophistication to do the trick...

All that nonchalent carefree elegance.

Mmmm...feeling much better now.
Back to my normal self!

  1. Navy and red lipstick are going to be my closest companions come spring.

  2. I am having an obsession with navy this summer too. We truly are twins, you know. I have been hunting down anything I can find in navy, and pulling out my old navy pumps from a few years back, plus a 1950s navy patent leather handbag, with blue & white polka dot silk scarves. Possibly a reaction to all the explosion of colour blocking which is on the streets and in the shops? And red lipstick, well I wouldn't ever step out the door without it! V

I've never wanted to cut my hair short as much as I do right now!  Those hanging potted plants look great, ideas swirling in my head now. :)

I visited your blog today.  Your photos are so pretty, colorful, and full of life!  I see you are interested in Interior Design.  My daughter also loves Interior Design, and has her degree in it.  While I was scrolling down, I noticed the woman swinging.  I started to smile, as I used to love to swing!  Me and my daughters started a blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow.  I would enjoy coming back to visit with you.  Your blog is filled with beauty, and it has really inspired me.  I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.  ~Sheri at Red Rose Alley

  5. uh-oh - I can feel a macrame party coming on....

  6. Hi Red Rose Alley and welcome aboard the Glamour Drops train. I can never understand why people think swings are only for children - I reckon they are as much fun when we are all grown up. (Or maybe I just never grew up!!)
